Cascades Overlook Event Center hosts parties of all sizes for many occasions. We can create a custom package to help you plan an amazing event.

The Event Center has experience with Bar Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, baby showers, dinner parties, henna parties, baptisms, engagements, vow renewals, bridal showers, and birthday, holiday parties, and more!

Current Venue Layout and rental options

  • Perfect for an intimate event that can accommodate up to 35 guests.

    The space includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink, a large counter space, as well as the tables and chairs for the event that we will set up for you.

    Compact sound system is available as well as a 60” monitor for presentations.

    From baby showers to rehearsal dinners this space will be perfect!

  • Our Half Grand Ballroom accommodates 150 with theater seating and 80 with banquet (round table) seating.

    We provide an assortment of tables, padded and upholstered chairs, fully adjustable window shades, and a customizable stage.

    Projector and compact sound system available (If hiring a DJ they must provide their own equipment.)

    Adjoining the ballroom is a Caterer's Kitchen with a pass-through window.

    Perfect for larger birthday parties, quinceneras, bar mitzvahs, and other celebrations.

  • The capacity is 350 with theater seating and 200with guests seated at banquet (round) tables.

    We provide an assortment of tables, padded and upholstered chairs, fully adjustable window shades, and a customizable stage.

    Projector available for use, and sound system (if hiring a DJ they must provide their own equipment.)

    Adjoining the ballroom is a Caterer's Kitchen with a pass-through window.
